Role Overview:We are seeking a strategic and business-oriented Talent Acquisition leader to drive large-scale hiring initiatives for high-growth organizations. This role will act as a trusted advisor to clients, shaping talent strategies, delivering market intelligence, and building scalable recruitment capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in technology hiring, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to lead high-performing teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Strategy & Advisory:

  • Develop and lead talent acquisition strategies aligned with client business objectives and
  • growth plans.
  • Act as a strategic Talent Acquisition partner to clients, providing insights on talent landscape,
  • market trends, and hiring feasibility.
  • Participate in leadership discussions to influence hiring strategies and workforce planning
  • decisions.
  • Advise stakeholders on innovative and effective hiring approaches tailored to market
  • conditions and talent availability.

Talent Intelligence & Market Engagement:

  • Provide deep talent insights, including talent mapping, competitor intelligence, and market trends.
  • Build and nurture talent communities across high-demand skills and emerging technology domains.
  • Engage with startup and technology ecosystems to stay updated on talent movements and hiring trends.
  • Drive innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent for rapidly scaling organizations.

Delivery Leadership & Operational Excellence:

  • Lead recruitment delivery across engagements, ensuring adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Drive performance through defined KPIs, regularly tracking and presenting progress to internal and client leadership.
  • Ensure effective utilization and governance of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
  • Oversee large-scale hiring initiatives, including assessment centers, hiring drives, and bulk recruitment programs.

Stakeholder & Client Management:

  • Build and manage strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as the primary escalation point.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through consistent delivery excellence and proactive communication.
  • Identify opportunities to expand engagements and drive growth within existing client accounts.

Team Leadership & Capability Building:

  • Build, lead, and mentor high-performing recruitment teams across multiple engagement models.
  • Drive capability development in sourcing, candidate engagement, and market intelligence.
  • Manage distributed teams and foster a high-performance, collaborative culture.
  • Establish best practices aligned with fast-paced startup and technology hiring environments.

Vendor & Cost Management:

  • Manage external vendors and partners to support hiring needs while optimizing cost and efficiency.
  • Ensure vendor performance aligns with delivery expectations and budget considerations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, with a strong focus on technology hiring.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale, high-volume hiring in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong understanding of startup ecosystems and emerging technology talent landscapes.
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Experience in leading and scaling recruitment teams across diverse geographies and engagement models.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in metrics-driven recruitment operations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with high-growth startups or GCC environments.
  • Expertise in niche and emerging technology hiring.
  • Strong network within technology and startup talent ecosystems.
  • Ability to drive innovation in sourcing strategies and talent engagement.
