Reporting directly to the Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting employee lifecycle processes, ensuring payroll accuracy, and delivering a seamless experience for employees across the organisation.


AND WHAT'S MY ROLE IN THIS?

As Payroll Specialist, you will take ownership of employee lifecycle administration and ensure accurate, timely payroll processing.

  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee benefits administration from end to end
  • Coordinate joiner and leaver documentation and payroll inputs in partnership with external payroll providers, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders
  • Administer employee benefits and flexible compensation programmes, ensuring all payroll-related changes are communicated and processed accurately
  • Prepare, validate, and maintain employee data, records, and documentation to support compliance with company policies and local legislation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries regarding onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and payroll administration
  • Support daily payroll administration activities, including employee changes, settlements, and payroll reporting
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance payroll efficiency, benefits administration, and employee experience


OK, AND WHAT DO YOU NEED?

  • 1–2 years of experience in payroll administration, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, or a payroll outsourcing environment
  • Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Experience using Power BI or similar reporting and analytics tools
  • Knowledge of local labor relations and payroll compliance requirements
