We’re Hiring: School Sales Champion (Field Role) | Delhi NCR

Inizio Educational Services is looking for a dynamic B2B Sales professional who can take our experiential learning travel programs to schools across Delhi NCR.

If you enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and turning conversations into collaborations — this one’s for you.

What You’ll Be Selling

Educational travel programs designed for school students — blending learning, culture, and global exposure into one unforgettable experience.

We work closely with schools, teachers, principals, directors, and parent communities. Your job? Build those bridges.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and research potential schools in Delhi NCR
• Meet teachers, principals, and management teams to pitch our programs
• Build long-term relationships (not just quick sales)
• Strengthen Inizio’s brand presence in new territories
• Conduct school presentations for students and parents
• Support post-sale coordination and engagement
• Report to the Director of Sales in structured formats

Compensation

• Fixed Salary: ₹5–7 LPA
• Attractive performance-based incentives (a significant part of your earning potential)

• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Confidence in meeting school leadership
• Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
• Organized and disciplined with reporting
• Prior B2B / education / travel sales experience is a big plus
