Highspring is seeking a Head of Data & AI Platform to lead the strategy, evolution, and operational excellence of a global enterprise Data & AI Platform. This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining the long-term vision, driving enterprise-wide adoption of data and AI capabilities, and building the technical foundation required to support advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and next-generation digital initiatives. As the leader of a multi-level organization of managers and technical experts, you will oversee platform strategy, capability roadmaps, service delivery, and business outcomes while partnering closely with executive stakeholders to align platform investments with organizational priorities.

Define, communicate, and execute the enterprise strategy for a global Data & AI Platform while ensuring alignment with executive technology priorities. Lead and develop a multi-level organization consisting of managers, architects, engineers, and technical specialists. Drive enterprise-wide adoption of data and AI capabilities through strategic partnerships with business and technology stakeholders.

Build the foundational capabilities required to enable agentic AI, advanced analytics, machine learning, and future AI innovations. Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to guide long-term platform evolution and innovation. Champion operational excellence, service reliability, continuous improvement, and innovation across the platform ecosystem. 10+ years of experience in data, analytics, artificial intelligence, platform engineering, or related technology disciplines. ~5+ years of experience leading managers and multidisciplinary technical teams. ~ Proven experience building, scaling, and operating enterprise technology platforms. ~ Demonstrated success leading enterprise digital transformation and AI adoption initiatives across large, complex organizations. ~ Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders. ~ Deep expertise in modern Data & AI architectures.

Strong understanding of cloud platforms, data lakehouses, streaming technologies, and distributed systems. Experience with MLOps, AI/ML platform capabilities, and emerging agentic AI frameworks. Knowledge of enterprise security, governance, compliance, privacy, and risk management practices.

Ability to translate business objectives into scalable technical capabilities and operating models. Experience driving platform performance, reliability, scalability, and cost optimization. Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud) Data Lakehouse Architectures Streaming and Event-Driven Data Platforms Machine Learning and MLOps Tooling Enterprise Data Governance Frameworks AI and Generative AI Platforms Modern Analytics and Business Intelligence Solutions Lead enterprise-scale Data & AI transformation initiatives.

Définir, communiquer et exécuter la stratégie d’une plateforme mondiale de Données et IA en alignement avec les priorités technologiques de l’organisation. Assurer la gestion du portefeuille de services, des feuilles de route, des indicateurs de performance et des résultats d’affaires associés à la plateforme. Favoriser l’adoption à l’échelle de l’entreprise des capacités de données et d’intelligence artificielle.

Mettre en place les fondations technologiques nécessaires à l’implantation de l’IA agentique, de l’apprentissage automatique et des technologies émergentes. Agir comme ambassadeur de la vision Données et IA lors d’événements, de conférences et d’échanges avec les partenaires. Assurer une veille continue des technologies émergentes et des tendances du marché.

Promouvoir une culture d’excellence opérationnelle, d’innovation et d’amélioration continue. Plus de 10 années d’expérience en données, analytique, intelligence artificielle, ingénierie de plateformes ou domaines connexes. Plus de 5 années d’expérience dans la gestion de gestionnaires et d’équipes techniques multidisciplinaires.

Succès reconnu dans des initiatives de transformation numérique ou d’adoption de l’IA à grande échelle. Expertise approfondie des architectures modernes de données et d’intelligence artificielle. Connaissance avancée des plateformes infonuagiques, des architectures lakehouse, du traitement de données en continu et des systèmes distribués.

Expérience des pratiques MLOps et des plateformes d’intelligence artificielle et d’apprentissage automatique. Expertise en performance, fiabilité, optimisation des coûts et exploitation de plateformes. Plateformes infonuagiques (Azure, AWS et/ou Google Cloud) Architectures de type Data Lakehouse Plateformes de streaming et d’événements en temps réel Outils de Machine Learning et de MLOps Solutions de gouvernance des données Solutions modernes d’analytique et d’intelligence d’affaires Diriger des initiatives stratégiques de transformation en Données et IA à l’échelle de l’entreprise.
