The Opportunity

This is an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations, drive operational excellence and create a high-performing team culture. This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about safety, customer service, inventory management and people leadership.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of warehouse operations, ensuring the safe, efficient and cost-effective movement of products while delivering exceptional service to our customers. You will champion workplace safety, oversee inventory accuracy, manage warehouse staff and ensure operational objectives are achieved within budget

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate and oversee all despatch operations
  • Execute warehouse operational objectives within budget requirements
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and integrity
  • Manage cycle counting programs and stocktakes
  • Lead, coach and develop warehouse team members
  • Manage rostering, workforce planning and recruitment activities
  • Foster an engaged workplace culture that recognises effort and drives performance
  • Deliver a warehouse service experience that exceeds customer expectations
  • Support business profitability through operational efficiency and service excellence

About You

  • Proven experience leading warehouse or distribution operations
  • Strong inventory management and warehouse systems knowledge
  • Extensive SAP experience and proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience managing warehouse teams and driving performance outcomes
  • Strong reporting, analytical and investigation skills
  • A demonstrated commitment to workplace safety
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Current Forklift Licence and Drivers Licence
