The Company

You’ll work with privately owned businesses and high-net-worth clients, gaining exposure to strategic advice, commercial decisions and complex engagements beyond traditional compliance.
The Role
As a Team Leader / Senior Accountant, you’ll manage key client relationships, lead engagements and build your advisory capability. It’s an ideal next step for a Tax Accountant ready to move beyond compliance and into genuine advisory work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Financial analysis, forecasting and modelling
- Business structuring and succession planning
- Transaction, due diligence and restructuring support
- Managing client relationships
- Mentoring junior team members
About You
You will bring:
- CA or CPA qualification, or be nearing completion
- 4–6+ years’ Business Services or Tax Accounting experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- A genuine interest in strategic client work
