PART TIME – 20 hour week

SALARY €28,000 - €32,000 pro rata

transform how head office retail managers improve the business performance of their companies with our Decision

Support Solution. The Cloud solution is primarily based on Data Analytics tools combined with our deep market

knowledge. RWA is a scale-up company with more than 150 group customers in Ireland and the UK in the retail,

pharmacy, and automotive sectors.

What you will be doing

As part of the finance team, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the business accounts

function. This includes managing creditor and debtor invoicing through QuickBooks Online Pro, overseeing

debtor and creditor accounts to resolve queries promptly, and assisting with credit control. You will contribute to

the annual audit process and maintain accurate accounting records using MS SharePoint. Beyond core finance

tasks, you will help ensure office efficiency by managing stationery and canteen supplies, organising staff and

team-building events, and supporting sustainability reporting. Additionally, you will take ownership of ad hoc

projects and tasks as they arise, ensuring flexibility and a proactive approach in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the business accounts function
  • Creditor and debtor invoicing using Quick Books Online Pro
  • Debtor and creditor management, ensuring all queries are dealt with and resolved within a timely manner
  • Assisting the annual audit
  • Maintenance of accounting files using MS SharePoint
  • Maintaining stationery and canteen supplies
  • Organising staff / team building events
  • Sustainability reporting
  • Ad hoc projects and tasks

Skills & Requirements

  • 3 year+ previous experience working in an administrative role
  • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Highly organised and demonstrating an ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a multi-task and multi-focus environment
  • Must be proficient in Power Point, Excel and Outlook software packages
  • Fluent English Speaker
  • Eligible to work in Ireland permanently
