The Position

REMEC is seeking an experienced Resourcing Manager to lead the rapidly growing resourcing division. It will be a pivotal role in growing an indigenous business, with a focus on creating long-term career opportunities for Indigenous people.

This role will combine business development, client management and recruitment leadership and you will have the ability to grow the team as the broader division grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities across the mining, resources and construction sectors, and establishing solid client relationships.
• Maintain existing client relationships, and growing existing accounts when the opportunity arises.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders in the business, including operations, HR and financial leads.
• Develop and champion a strategic business development plan to drive growth in the Resourcing division.
• Manage and mentor the existing business support team to develop consistency across the division, ensuring that delivery meets client requirements.
• Maintaining compliant, job-ready talent pools.
• Maintain commercial discipline around pricing, margins and candidate quality.

This position will be ideal for someone that genuinely enjoys building solid relationships with various stakeholders, and has an interest in working with the Senior Leadership team to ensure that providing career pathways and long-term opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Ideally you will:

• Have a strong network across the WA mining and resources industries, and have demonstrated experience in fast, large scale recruitment.
• Have a demonstrated history in business development.
• Be driven to provide high standard outcomes for clients, and building a strong reputation when representing REMEC.
• Be commercially driven, and confident in negotiations with clients.
• Be eager to play a key leadership role within the Company, and want to make a genuine impact.
• Passionate about developing a team underneath you that creates career opportunity and growth.
