Job Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Linux graphics drivers in the Mesa ecosystem.
• Work on RadeonSI and RADV user-space drivers for AMD GPU platforms.
• Design, implement, debug, and optimize graphics driver features.
• Contribute code to open-source repositories and drive upstream acceptance.
• Collaborate with the open-source community on reviews and issue resolution.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve customer and QA-reported issues.
• Participate in architecture discussions and standards-based solution development.

Preferred Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in C/C++ on Linux.
• Exposure to GPU architecture, 3D graphics concepts, OpenGL, and Vulkan.
• Prior contributions to Mesa or other open-source graphics projects preferred.
• Experience with Git, Gerrit, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
