Job Description
Business Central Implementation Consultant – Brazil & Mexico
15-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Brazil | Remote
Christy Media Solutions is recruiting a Business Central Implementation Consultant on behalf of our client to support the rollout of Microsoft Business Central across Brazil and Mexico.
This is an opportunity to join an established global Business Central programme, with the wider system structure and global chart of accounts already in place. Brazil will be the initial priority, followed by Mexico.
The role
You will work closely with the UK-based Business Central team, local finance and IT teams, other international stakeholders and an external implementation partner to ensure Business Central meets local business, compliance and Group reporting requirements.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Implementing Microsoft Business Central across Brazil and Mexico, including identifying local requirements and supporting a robust UAT process
• Supporting configuration, integrations, security and data integrity
• Identifying and addressing local statutory reporting, tax and e-invoicing requirements
• Supporting data migration and cutover activities
• Providing first-line technical support to users in Brazil, Mexico and the US (LA)
• Providing training and documentation to local users
• Developing reports, dashboards and analytics using Business Central and Power BI
• Supporting integrations with financial and non-financial systems, including local payroll systems and the Group project management system
• Maintaining master data and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience
What we're looking for
You will need strong, demonstrable Microsoft Business Central implementation experience, with Brazilian implementation and localisation knowledge particularly important.
Relevant experience includes:
• Business Central implementation experience, with the client looking for at least a couple of years of meaningful hands-on experience
• Experience implementing Business Central in Brazil and/or Mexico, including statutory reporting, tax, e-invoicing or related localisation requirements
• Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles
• Proven Power BI experience
• Experience within international, multicurrency and intercompany environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Strong written and spoken English for communication with international stakeholders
An accounting background combined with strong Business Central implementation expertise would be particularly valuable.
The position will be approximately remote, although occasional visits to offices in São Paulo and potentially Mexico City may be required for training or face-to-face sessions.
This is a 15-month fixed-term contract, with an ideal start in late October/early November.
If you have genuine hands-on Business Central implementation experience and understand the complexities of delivering ERP solutions within the Brazilian market, we would be keen to hear from you.
