Project Manager

Redpath Partners is working alongside a standout interstate client-side consultancy who is looking to grow their Melbourne team with the addition of a Project Manager.

The business has a strong track record across a diverse range of project typologies and is continuing to grow its presence across Melbourne, with a pipeline spanning build-to-rent, mixed-use, residential, commercial, education and other major development projects.

This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager who has at least 2 years' experience within a client-side consultancy and is looking to broaden their project experience across a diverse range of sectors.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager include;

• Working alongside the Project Director and Senior Project Manager to manage projects from inception through to completion.
• Assisting with and attending client pitches, presentations and PCG meetings.
• Assisting with the management of consultants, contractors and contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supporting the design management and project delivery process to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.
• Assisting with the delivery of multiple projects at various stages, working closely with the Senior Project Manager and wider project team.
• Working across the full project lifecycle, including design, procurement, construction and handover.

The Individual;

• Project Manager with 2+ years' experience within a client-side consultancy.
• Experience assisting with the delivery of projects across sectors such as build-to-rent, mixed use, residential, commercial or education would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Project Management, Construction Management, Property or a related discipline.
• A genuine interest in working across a diverse range of projects and continuing to develop within the client-side space.
