Mission Yogurt is hiring a Team Member/Barista to join our team at Caribou Coffee located inside the Denver Airport.  We are looking for Team Members with open availability and who enjoy working the afternoon/PM shift from 1/2 pm until 9/10 PM.  

The Team Member provides excellent customer service while supporting daily operations. This role helps maintain a welcoming, clean environment and supports smooth, accurate guest transactions while delivering efficient food and beverage service through strong teamwork.  In this role, you will take orders, run the cash register, work as a barista, line prep,  do dishes, and expedite.

Pay: $18.00/hr. + TIPS!

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures the safety and security of both guests and team members.

• Craft high-quality beverages while providing friendly, efficient service.

• Accurately handles cash transactions and processes payments using the POS system, making sure the drawer remains balanced throughout the shift.

• Assesses work-related issues in a professional manner and exercises honest, non-biased judgment.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations.

• Address customer concerns and escalate to management if necessary.

• Assist with other front-of-house tasks as needed, including taking orders, answering customer questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Clean and sanitize the cashier area regularly, especially during peak times and after customer transactions, and assist with other small tasks as needed.
