Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a master at multitasking, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and handle confidential information with the utmost discretion. This role is essential in ensuring the executive’s day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare internal and external communications, presentations, reports, and other documents
- Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other correspondence
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive
- Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and budget tracking
- Conduct research and compile briefing materials as needed
- Maintain strict confidentiality and manage sensitive information appropriately
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
- Ability to anticipate needs and think critically
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting C-level executives
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility in a dynamic work environment
