We at Coforge are hiring Delivery Lead-GCC with the following skillset:


The GCC Lead is responsible for leading and managing the overall operations, strategy, and performance of the Global Capability Center (GCC). They will be accountable for driving the growth, continuous improvement, and long-term success of the GCC. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to align the GCC's activities with the overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for the GCC to support the business goals and growth initiatives.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the GCC, including managing budgets, resource planning, and driving operational excellence.
  • Build and lead a high-performing, diverse team of functional and domain experts within the GCC.
  • Establish effective governance structures, processes, and performance metrics to ensure the GCC's operations are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with the customer priorities.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the GCC's capabilities, productivity, and service delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the GCC is meeting or exceeding their requirements.
  • Represent the GCC and engage with senior leadership to communicate progress, challenges, and future.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and employee development within the GCC.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate policies in the GCC location in India.
  • Play an active role in engaging with Strategic clients in Asia/India to show executive commitment and facilitate Revenue growth.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 20+ years of experience in managing and leading global, complex operations or large-scale shared services center.
  • Strong understanding of global business models, operating models, and emerging trends in the GCC/shared services industry.
  • Excellent leadership, people management, and change management skills.
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in building and leading high-performing, diverse teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
