Qualified chef

Experienced Chef required for busy Modern Australian Fusion and Multi Cuisine Restaurant located in Melbourne CBD

We are on the hunt for a determined and passionate chef with at least 3 years' experience to join our energetic team. The desired candidate understands what a great dining experience should be, self-driven & enjoy the rush of a busy service.

You will be part of a small kitchen team assisting to execute high quality menu, experience cooking in different styles and cuisine - who is hard-working, reliable, organized, creative and passionate about food and customer service. You will be able to work in a high pressure, high turn-over environment, have excellent interpersonal and communication skill, be a team player and also able to work unsupervised. You will also be able to work on flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays

To be successful within our team you should have:

Minimum 3 years' experience in fast-paced restaurants with a similar role

Experience in café / restaurant and quality dining restaurants

Food preparation, cooking, plating and presentation

Kitchen maintenance and cleaning
