What you'll do

• Command ATR 42 operations with full accountability for safety, compliance, and punctuality.
• Lead and mentor the crew, fostering strong CRM, clear communication, and a just culture.
• Plan and conduct flights in accordance with company SOPs, operational manuals, and regulatory requirements.
• Complete rigorous preflight preparation: weather, performance, fuel planning, and weight-and-balance.
• Exercise sound judgment and manage threats and errors in dynamic operating environments.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and post‑flight debriefs to support continuous improvement.

What you'll bring

• Current ATR 42 type rating.
• Unrestricted ATPL issued by CASA, EASA, FAA, or an ICAO member state.
• Valid Class 1 medical.
• ICAO ELP Level 4 or above.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an ASIC.
• Current Police Check.
• A relevant degree and/or five years of relevant aviation experience.
• At least one year of employment as flight crew.
• Access to a computer or device capable of viewing the company Operations Manual Suite (PDF format).
• Proven leadership, decision‑making, and safety‑first mindset.
