SALES OPERATIONS & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: Minimum 5 years

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage the complete customer journey—from marketing and lead generation to site visits, sales conversion, collections, documentation and property registration.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate marketing campaigns and monitor lead quality

* Manage lead allocation, pre-sales follow-ups and CRM updates

* Schedule and track customer site visits

* Coordinate sales conversions, bookings and payment collections

* Handle customer communication from enquiry until registration

* Coordinate agreements, legal documentation and registrations

* Prepare lead, site-visit, booking, collection and conversion reports

* Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience

Candidates with experience in real estate sales operations, pre-sales, CRM or customer relationship management will be preferred.
