Business Analyst

Are you passionate about bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions? We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and help drive impactful business and technology initiatives.

What You'll Do

As a Business Analyst, you will partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver solutions that create business value. Key responsibilities include:

• Elicit, analyze, document, and prioritize business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct feasibility studies, business case development, and process improvement initiatives.
• Recommend and evaluate solution options aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring timely defect resolution.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Drive decision-making while preventing scope creep and maintaining project focus.
• Identify risks, issues, and opportunities that may impact project success.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Experience in IT-focused environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working in global, matrixed organizations and with remote teams.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills.

Preferred Technical Knowledge

• Supply Chain Solutions experience.
• Understanding of EDI and API concepts.
• Knowledge of Web, Mobile, and IoT technologies.
