Job Description

  • Lead and develop the product management function for assigned products and initiatives.
  • Manage and coach product team members, providing leadership, direction, and support.
  • Define and evolve product strategy focused on customer needs, value proposition, and business impact.
  • Partner with technology, commercial, and business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and align execution.
  • Influence peers and cross-functional partners to drive decisions and outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and modernize products, including migration from legacy/on-premise solutions to cloud-based environments.
  • Contribute to MVPs, proof of concepts, and fast-win initiatives that generate measurable impact.
  • Ground product decisions in market needs, customer insight, and long-term product value.
  • Apply agile methodologies and frameworks to support product development and delivery.
  • Act as a key point of contact between product and technology teams and contribute to product innovation.
  • Support evaluation and potential adoption of emerging technologies, including practical AI use cases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Product Management, including experience in a people leadership/managerial role with direct reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across product, technology, and commercial areas.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset, with the ability to connect product decisions to user needs and overall value proposition.
  • Experience working with agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to be direct, executive, and solution-oriented.
  • Ability to operate effectively in environments with legacy technologies while helping teams evolve toward modern product practices.
  • Fluent or strong working proficiency in English, as the role requires communication with regional stakeholders.
  • Must be based in Santiago.
  • Preferred: experience in tax, accounting, financial, or business software solutions.
  • Preferred: experience with product modernization, including migrations from legacy technologies, on-premise/client-server solutions, and SQL-based environments to cloud-based products.
  • Preferred: experience building or launching MVPs, pilots, or proof-of-concept initiatives.
  • Preferred: exposure to or hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence use cases in product development.
  • Preferred: Agile-related certifications such as Scrum, Agile Coach, or similar.
  • Preferred: experience in consultative, software, or technology-driven environments.
  • Experience in regulated or specialized industries is a plus.
