Job Purpose

To lead and optimize MSPB’s international purchasing, import, and export operations, ensuring full customs compliance, cost efficiency, and operational excellence. This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end global trade processes, maximizing tax and regulatory benefits, and ensuring the smooth flow of vessels, spare parts, and related equipment through effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners.


Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end international purchasing, import, and export operations

Drive vendor negotiations, RFQs, and sourcing strategies

Ensure compliance with customs regimes (REPETRO and others) and maximize tax benefits

Coordinate vessel imports/exports, working closely with customs brokers and freight forwarders

Act as key interface between internal teams (Finance, Tax, Logistics, HSEQ, Warehouse, Planning) and external partners

Optimize customs clearance processes and reduce lead times

Manage logistics contracts, ensuring performance, cost efficiency, and compliance

Improve and standardize global trade and customs procedures

Benchmark and select service providers based on performance and value

Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives


Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or related fields)

Advanced English

ERP knowledge

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Leadership and supervisory skills

Solid knowledge of oil & gas technology and offshore engineering

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools

Ability to quickly learn internal systems and FPSO-related applications
