Position: Executive / Senior Executive/Deputy Manager - CRM Technical / CRM
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 5 - 10 years
Qualification: Diploma/BE in Civil Engineering / Any Graduate with real estate CRM experience.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Technical
- Coordinate with project and engineering teams for handover readiness, snag management, and technical clarifications.
- Support customers during handover and rectification processes.
- Coordinate across departments for timely updates and responses.
- Drive customer satisfaction and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong documentation, communication, and team collaboration skills.
CRM
- Oversee CRM operations, manage escalations, ensure timely possession and documentation. Drive customer satisfaction and process improvement initiatives.
