Social Media Manager( Real Estate)

Proponcall Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and result-driven Social Media Manager, who can lead the social media team, define content and growth strategies, and leverage performance marketing to drive measurable business outcomes.

Role & Requirements:

• 4–8 years of experience in Social Media Management and content creation in Real Estate is required
• Lead the content strategy and oversee monthly content calendars across multiple business verticals.
• Create compelling social media copy, campaign concepts, carousel content, and short-form video/reel scripts.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, product teams, and leadership to deliver high-quality content.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytical tools.
• Ability to create engaging content and campaigns that drive results.
• Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and social media trends.
• Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management skills.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the social media team by setting clear goals, reviewing performance
• Establish scalable workflows, content governance, and quality standards to ensure timely and consistent execution across all social channels.
• Experience managing teams and collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
