RIMS Bizzserve Private Limited is looking for an energetic, target-driven Sales Manager to join our growing B2B sales team in Gurugram!

Designation: Senior Sales

Location: Gurugram (WFO, 5 Days working)

Experience: 3–6 Years

CTC: Up to ₹7 LPA

Industry: B2B | IT & Digital Services | Business Services

What You'll Do

• Drive individual & team sales targets

• Manage, motivate & mentor the sales team

• Generate business through cold calling & outbound calling

• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure

• Build strong B2B client relationships

• Monitor daily calling, follow-ups, conversions & revenue

• Coach team members to improve productivity and achieve targets

⭐ Who We're Looking For

✔ 3–6 years of experience in B2B/Inside Sales/Telesales

✔ Proven experience in team handling + individual sales

✔ Strong cold calling & outbound sales experience

✔ Excellent communication & negotiation skills

✔ Strong target-oriented approach

✔ Experience in IndiaMART, Justdial or similar B2B marketplace/business services, SaaS, IT or digital sales will be preferred
