We are hiring for our client, a well-established joinery manufacturer, who are seeking experienced Skilled Workshop Joiners to join their team at a new, state-of-the-art facility on the outskirts of Belfast.
This Skilled Workshop Joiner role offers the opportunity to work on high-quality bespoke joinery for commercial and residential clients, using modern tools and machinery within a supportive, collaborative environment.

The Role
Interpret detailed manufacturing drawings and specifications to produce bespoke joinery
Measure, cut, shape, assemble and finish timber and other materials
Use a wide range of joinery tools and state-of-the-art machinery
Complete quality checks to ensure finished products meet required standards
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver projects safely, efficiently and on time
Maintain a clean, safe workshop and carry out routine equipment maintenance
The Person
Relevant joinery qualification
Proven experience producing high-quality joinery
Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, materials and finishes
Confident using a range of joinery tools and machinery
Able to accurately interpret complex manufacturing drawings
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Strong problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills
Self-motivated, adaptable and able to work independently
