Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Landscape Maintenance Assistant to join our team. This is a casual role with 30+ hours per week, offering stable, ongoing work across residential and commercial sites.

This role involves mowing, gardening, and landscape works. No two days are the same. You will work within a small team where your commitment and contribution will be recognised, with the opportunity to grow into a team leader role.

The Role

• Monday to Friday

• Meet on site approx 6:30am

• Same location each day

• Travel in company vehicle

Duties

• Mowing, hedge trimming & brush cutting

• Garden maintenance, pruning & plant care

• Mulching, planting & turfing

• Fencing, retaining walls, paving & small concreting

• Garden bed installs, drainage & weed matting

Requirements

• Reliable with a strong work ethic

• Good attention to detail

• Physically fit

• Able to work in a team and independently

• Experience with power tools & equipment

• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment

• QLD Construction White Card

• Own transport to base

Highly regarded: Plant & weed identification/ ACDC License, landscape construction experience.

This is a long-term career position, not a short-term job.
