Hours: 8.30am to 5pm 5 days per week including Saturdays with a day off in lieu
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum & annual bonus
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Kitchen Sales Designer to asssit with ownership of client projects from concept through to sale. Working alongside a skilled and supportive team, you will help to play a key role in delivering high-quality designs, managing client relationships, and driving sales performance. This is an ideal role for someone with some CAD design experience in kitchens who would like to learn more as well as develop their experience in bathroom design and sales.
About the Company
An established, family-owned kitchen and bathroom showroom located in South East London is seeking a Junior Kitchen Sales Designer to join the team. Specialising in the design, supply and delivery of British kitchens, the business has built a strong reputation for delivering bespoke design solutions alongside exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and consult with clients in the showroom, identifying their needs and offering tailored design solutions
- Visiting customer site to take measurements and details on their requirements
- Create bespoke kitchen designs, including detailed plans and quotations using CAD software
- Manage enquiries via phone and email, converting leads into successful sales
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
About You
- Some experience in kitchen design and sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing the full sales cycle
- Proficient in CAD and quotation systems such as Winner Flex is preferred
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and customer-focused
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Full UK driving licence and own transport or plan to obtain both
- Available to work 1 in 6 to 8 Saturdays / with a day off in lieu
