Lead Software Engineer

1. Salesforce Experience & Cloud Expertise: 69 years of overall Salesforce development experience, with strong hands-on experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
2. Salesforce Development & Leadership: Co-Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
3. Technical Ownership: Own technical solutions end-to-end, including translating business requirements into technical designs
4. Apex & LWC: Demonstrate strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, Batch/Queueable Apex, and asynchronous processing.
5. Integration Expertise: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, OAuth & middleware
6. Salesforce Architecture: Apply Salesforce best practices around data modelling, security/sharing, governor limits, reusability, performance, and scalability.
7. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance to Salesforce engineers, conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and drive engineering best practices.
8. DevOps & Release Management: Work with CI/CD tools and deployment processes with Git, GitHub Actions / Copado or similar deployment platforms, and release governance.
9. Quality & Performance: Ensure solutions meet quality, security, and performance standards through unit testing, code reviews, static analysis, monitoring, and proactive technical-debt management.
10. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution/Enterprise Architects, QA, DevOps, and integration teams to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
11. Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement: Investigate complex production issues, identify root causes, and drive sustainable fixes while continuously improving the Salesforce platform, engineering processes, and overall system reliability.

Preferred:
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II
Experience with D360, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce would be an advantage.
