Position: Arabic expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $16–$18/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 1–2 hours total
Role Responsibilities
- Complete 10 test calls with the CX agent, following the prompts and scenarios provided.
- Conduct 10 QA reviews of calls, assessing accuracy, tone, clarity, and naturalness.
- Provide clear written feedback on conversation flow and user experience.
- Work independently to ensure high-quality evaluations and feedback.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Native Arabic speaker.
- Prior data annotation experience.
- Able to place calls to an EU, UK, or US phone number.
- Ability to make clear phone calls with good audio quality.
- Available to start immediately.
