Account Manager

Location: Surajpur Plant (Site B, UPSIDA), Greater Noida

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹25,000/month (negotiable, based on experience)

Experience: 1–3 years in a similar accounts role preferred

Videomax International Pvt. Ltd. (VMI) is a Greater Noida-headquartered OEM/ODM/EMS electronics manufacturer, in operation for over four decades. We're hiring a detail-oriented Accounts Manager for our Surajpur plant.

Key Responsibilities

• File GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and related filings) accurately and on schedule
• Handle TDS — calculation, deduction, deposit and return filing
• Apply basic customs knowledge for import-related documentation and duty computation
• Manage day-to-day banking operations, including reconciliation and bank correspondence
• Maintain the daily ledger with accurate, up-to-date bookkeeping
• Maintain parties' (vendor/customer) ledgers and carry out regular account reconciliation
• Generate and process sales and purchase invoices
• Generate and manage E-way bills for goods movement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent; M.Com or inter-CA is a plus
• Working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• Sound understanding of GST, TDS, banking processes and basic customs procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
