Contract Available part time- 24hrs

Beechfield Care Group are currently looking to recruit a staff nurse to assume responsibility for the care of residents at Mount Hybla Private Nursing Home White's Rd, Castleknock, Dublin D15 Y977.

About Mount Hybla

The original house and lands at Mount Hybla were a Glebe for the Church of Ireland Parish of Castleknock & Mulhuddart. The house, overlooking Farmleigh Estate in the Phoenix Park, was built around 1750 and is a protected architectural structure. With beautiful recreational grounds and activity spaces Mount Hybla creates a warm atmosphere for all residents and their requirements.

About the role:

The Staff Nurse who will collaborate with the Nurse Manager & Director of Nursing in Beech Park Nursing Home, Co. Kildare. We aim to supply a consistently strong standard of care to our residents.

Quality of care, being mindful of HIQA regulations, is the fundamental aspect of this role. The post holder must be enthusiastic, motivated, committed to resident focused care. The successful candidate will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for residents to the highest professional and ethical standards.

Role Responsibilities:

  • O Quality of Care Responsibilities
  • O Day to day supervision of the care and nursing staff
  • O Co-ordinate resident activities
  • O Work within HIQA regulations
  • O Any other duties as assigned by line manager.

Role Requirements:

  • O NMBI Registered
  • O Excellent Clinical, Leadership and Organisational skills
  • O Excellent communication and people skills.
  • O Sound decision making ability.
  • O An interest in care of the elderly
