Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Customer Service professional to join our dynamic logistics and supply chain team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring seamless communication, efficient warehouse operations, and exceptional customer support. Your expertise will help optimize warehouse distribution processes, facilitate procurement activities, and enhance overall supply chain performance.

Responsibilities

• Providing timely and accurate support regarding order status, shipping logistics, and inventory management
• Coordinate warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, materials handling, and inventory control to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with trade regulations
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms such as AS400 or SAP, and transportation management systems (TMS) to monitor stock levels, process orders, and manage procurement activities
• Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain disruptions or discrepancies, implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with sourcing teams on category management, vendor management, and contract negotiations to optimize procurement strategies
• Support demand planning, production scheduling, and freight management to meet customer requirements while maintaining optimal inventory levels
• Accounting Experience Required

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in English is preferred
• Proven experience practicing in a supply chain operations role with knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management systems, ERP systems (such as AS400), and transportation management systems
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, materials handling, inventory control, and logistics management
