The Opportunity
A large organisation in Northern Ireland is undertaking a major business and technology transformation programme and requires an experienced Procurement Systems / Contract Lifecycle Management Specialist.
You will support the implementation of a new digital platform that will improve how the organisation manages sourcing, supplier onboarding and third-party contracts.
The role will involve working across Procurement, Legal, Finance and IT, alongside an external implementation partner. You will support the programme through design, configuration, testing, training and go-live, before helping establish the ongoing support model.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of a new sourcing and contract-management platform.
- Gather requirements from Procurement, Legal, Finance and other business teams.
- Help configure workflows, templates, permissions and approval processes.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing, training and go-live.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners.
- Improve supplier onboarding, sourcing and contract-management processes.
- Produce system guidance, training materials and process documentation.
- Support platform administration, user queries and system enhancements.
- Assist with reporting, data quality and continuous improvement.
Essential Experience
- Experience supporting an enterprise system implementation or transformation programme.
- Experience across procurement, sourcing, supplier management, legal operations or contract management.
- Understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management processes.
- Experience supporting testing, training and go-live activities.
- Strong stakeholder-management skills across multiple business functions.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical system processes.
Desirable Experience
- Experience with a CLM, procurement or source-to-contract platform.
- Experience with platforms such as Workday, Icertis, Coupa, SAP Ariba or Jaggaer.
- Experience configuring workflows, approval processes, templates or user permissions.
- Exposure to contract reporting, automation or AI-enabled contract analysis.
Direct experience with one specific platform is not essential. Candidates with transferable experience across procurement technology, legal systems, enterprise applications or business transformation programmes are encouraged to apply.
