Job DescriptionPart-Time Stores & Inventory Administrator Monaghan Osborne Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established client to recruit a Part-Time Stores & Inventory Administrator for a site-based position in Monaghan. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator with a background in stores, stock control, procurement or inventory management who is looking for a part-time role with a stable and well-established organisation. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining accurate stock records and supporting the smooth running of the sites stores and inventory operations.

Please note: Due to the site location, candidates must have their own transport. Salary & Benefits Part-time position 3 full days per week / 24 hours โ‚ฌ17โ‚ฌ19 per hour, depending on experience Immediate start available Stable, site-based working environment Opportunity to work independently while supporting a wider team Key Responsibilities Carry out regular stock takes and ensure inventory records remain accurate and up to date. Monitor stock levels and identify obsolete, surplus or unused materials.

Update internal systems with accurate stock, parts and inventory information. Support the day-to-day management of on-site inventory and stores. Organise and maintain stock and materials within the warehouse environment.

Check incoming and existing stock and ensure records are maintained correctly. Liaise with internal teams to support stock requirements and general site operations. Assist with general administrative duties relating to stores, stock and procurement.

Ensure the stores and surrounding areas remain organised and well maintained. About the Role This is a hands-on administrative role based within a warehouse environment. The position offers a great balance between administrative responsibilities and practical, on-site support.

While the role is not physically demanding, you will be required to carry out some practical tasks such as checking stock, opening boxes, locating materials and keeping inventory organised. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, have excellent attention to detail and enjoy a role where no two days are necessarily the same. Requirements Previous experience in stores, inventory, stock control, procurement or a similar role.

Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. Good administrative and computer skills. Experience using internal systems to record and update information.

Comfortable working in a warehouse or site-based environment. Ability to work independently and manage your own workload. Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with internal teams.
