This is initially a 6-month contract, with strong potential for the position to develop into a longer-term opportunity as the business continues to grow.

The successful candidate will join a busy finance team and will be primarily responsible for Accounts Payable and general finance administration, making this an ideal opportunity for someone with previous accounts experience who enjoys a varied role. Key Responsibilities Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery documentation Preparing and processing supplier payment runs Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies Dealing with supplier queries and payment-related issues Maintaining accurate accounts payable records Assisting with month-end finance activities Processing and maintaining financial documentation Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers General finance and accounts administration duties as required Providing support to the wider finance team The Ideal Candidate Previous experience in anAccounts Administrator, Accounts Assistant, Accounts Payable or similar role Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy Excellent organisational and time-management skills Ability to work to deadlines in a busy environment Good communication and problem-solving skills Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel Experience with accounting/ERP systems would be advantageous A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Why Apply?
