Fertility Nurse We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fertility Nurse or Midwife to join our team on a part-time basis at our satellite clinic.
Working Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (34 hours per day), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients undergoing fertility treatment, in a friendly and supportive clinical environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse or midwife with a specialist interest in fertility care to join a well-established service, offering flexibility alongside meaningful, patient-focused work. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical nursing care and support to patients attending the satellite clinic for fertility treatment and monitoring Perform fertility-related ultrasound scanning as required Undertake phlebotomy and specimen handling in line with clinic protocols Support patients through their treatment journey with clear communication, empathy, and professionalism Liaise closely with the wider clinical and administrative team to ensure seamless, coordinated patient care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with regulatory and clinic standards Ensure full compliance with all relevant national and European legislation and guidelines governing fertility treatment Essential Criteria Registered Nurse/Midwife, or eligible for registration in the General Division of the Register of Nurses/Midwives maintained by NMBI Graduate Certificate in Fertility Ultrasound Certified Phlebotomist Experience working in Midwifery/Gynaecology, IVF, or Infertility care Full working knowledge of all relevant national and European regulations, and their clinical and legal implications, including SI 158 of 2006 and SI 598 of 2007 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients Desirable Previous experience working within a satellite or outreach fertility clinic setting What We Offer A flexible part-time schedule suited to work-life balance The opportunity to work within a specialist, patient-centred fertility service Ongoing professional development and support A collaborative and supportive team environment Skills: Fertility Scanning Midwifrey Fertility Nurse Communication Benefits: Private Healthcare Private Pension Paid Sick Leave Paid Maternity/ Paternity Leave Educational Grants TPBN1_IJ
