Dispatcher - Now Hiring!

This position is responsible for executing a daily plan for movement of all freight within an assigned area. Assess customer needs and timing of deliveries
Plan deliveries to inventory-managed food grade customers
Provide frontline customer service for existing accounts
Answer all incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
Monitor e-mail for incoming orders, inventory updates, and communication between team members
Monitor web portals for station inventories
Solicit freight from customers
High school diploma or equivalent

Promote positive work habits including effective and timely communication, teamwork and respect for co-workers.

Provide constructive guidance to other employees and representatives of third parties.

Contribute to providing the highest quality of products and services to customers.
