Job DescriptionWarehouse Manager Job Specification Department: Mygan Warehouse Reporting to: Operations Manager Start date: TBC Company Description SEABRIDGE with its core competencies in Overnight Express Groupage, Full Load Freight to and from the island of Ireland, Import and Export Ocean Freight via SEABRIDGE Liner Agencies Ltd (COSCO) Seabridge an Irish Company with offices in Belfast, Cork, Dublin, Haydock and London operate scheduled logistics services to and from all five locations. SEABRIDGE operates European Trailer Services, Bulk Chemical Tanker Service, Freight Forwarding Worldwide, Warehousing, and World Air Freight Service. The Role Reporting to the General Manager, we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager for our warehouse in Mygan in Finglas, Dublin 11.

Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, cost and budgetary compliance, customer satisfaction and ultimately profitability across all business units. Organise and carry out shift functions and requests from the senior management team as required. Motivate and train team members to ensure optimal performance, productivity, and adherence to safety protocols in the warehouse environment.

Manage the internal and external relationship between this site and other SEABRIDGE operations including UK operations and Customs Clearance. Manage and maintain direct relationship with customers and suppliers. Work closely with the Head of Finance to review all monthly, quarterly and annual reports.

Analysis of performance across all services including costs, margins and profitability and actioning any issues/queries arising from these reports. Assume responsibility for accurate invoicing of all warehouse customers on a monthly basis and maximum revenue opportunities All warehouse security processes to be maintained. Be responsible for Health & Safety at site, maintain records, ensure compliance and operate best practice of continuous improvement.

Ensure all warehouse activities are conducted and completed in a professional and business-like manner with appropriate staff management and utilisation of resources. Ensure warehouses and yards are in line with good housekeeping. Control accurate measuring and cubing freight arriving at the warehouse and amend paperwork accordingly.

Be involved in any task that may be required for service improvements of the operation. Manage SEABRIDGE stock at third party warehouse if required Requirements: Minimum 3 years previous management experience in a large and busy warehouse Experience of stock management and control Accuracy and attention to detail is crucial Excellent organisation skills with the ability to work on own initiative Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (Azyra or similar WMS) Behavioural Requirements: Ability to communicate accurately and work in a fast paced, teamwork environment. Flexibility and adaptability to constantly changing conditions.

Ability to function with minimal supervision, to multi-task work and communicate positively, effectively with carriers, co-workers, customer service, Inventory, and all other departments.
