Customer Service Coordinator

We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Rybnik (Poland).

If you have experience in customer service, sales support or logistics, enjoy working with customers and internal teams, and feel confident communicating in English, we would be happy to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive customer service and ensuring a high standard of customer support
• Coordinating the order fulfillment process in cooperation with internal departments and external partners
• Monitoring delivery performance and providing ongoing support to customers throughout the order execution process
• Preparing and maintaining documentation related to customer service, sales activities and export processes
• Organizing transportation and cooperating with freight forwarding companies
• Managing and maintaining customer and product master data in internal systems
• Building and maintaining long-term business relationships with customers
• Supporting customer service activities across other company locations

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, sales support or logistics, preferably in a production environment
• Very good command of English, enabling effective communication with customers and cooperation in an international environment
• Knowledge of German will be considered an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills in a business environment
• Self-motivation, initiative and accountability for delivering results
• Commitment and a professional approach to work
