Job Title: Administrator, LoughboroughApplication Closing Date: Sunday, 13 September 2026Organisational Development Part time (18.5 hours), Open ended, Campus based Hours: 9.30 14.00 (or 10.00 14.30) Monday to Thursday, then 9.30 12.30 (or 10.00 13.00) on Fridays Join us and make a difference Were looking for a part-time Administrator to join our Professional Services team and play an important role in supporting our People and Culture work across the University. This is a varied role where youll be at the heart of the team, helping us keep things running smoothly and providing a friendly, responsive support service to colleagues - youll have plenty of variety and no two days will be quite the same. Youll pride yourself on being organised, proactive and will enjoys making things happen.

Youll have great good organisational and time-management skills, confidence working with a wide range of people, and good IT and digital skills. Youll be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team and have a strong attention to the detail that makes all the difference. In return, youll be part of a friendly, collaborative and supportive team in an ambitious exciting organisation that really cares about our people.

This is an on-campus role, Monday to Friday, 9.30 14.00 (or 10.00 14.30) Monday to Thursday, then 9.30 12.30 (or 10.00 13.00) on Fridays, reflecting the needs of the team. Interested? If this sounds like you, wed love to hear from you.
