Role Description The Delivery Driver role at Road Tech TPMS is a part-time, on-site position based in Granger, IN. The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely loading, transporting, and unloading products to customer locations, creating routes and schedules that align with the weekly delivery locations and days. Daily tasks include verifying order accuracy, maintaining delivery documentation, performing basic vehicle inspections, and reporting any issues or delays.

The role also involves interacting with customers in a professional manner, providing courteous service during pickups and deliveries, and supporting warehouse operations as needed. The Delivery Driver is expected to follow all safety protocols, maintain communication, and must have a reliable delivery vehicle to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.
• Experience with material-handling equipment, and willingness to follow warehouse safety procedures.
• Ability to support training activities, such as learning new processes quickly and being flexible with delivery routes in and around Elkhart County and surrounding counties.
• Basic delivery or service-oriented skills, including the ability to represent the company positively during customer interactions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to meet company driving requirements. Must have a reliable delivery vehicle and can lift/ handle packages up to 40 lbs.
• Reliability in punctuality and attendance, with the ability to work part-time, up to 15-20 hours per week.
• Ability to lift and move packages safely, sit for extended periods, and work in varying weather conditions.
