Program Manager

Resources will support Indeed’s Application Security team by providing program management support for the Code Freshness (R&Ds) and Operational Ownership Expectations programs. Responsibilities include leading team meetings, creating project documentation, managing change initiatives, and providing overall program coordination and guidance.

Region: US - LATAM | Timezone: Any US-based timezone.

Requirements

Must-have skills:

• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work with PMO teams across the organization to track, report, and communicate progress, risks, blockers, and key results (KRs).
• Experience setting up program meetings and communicating effectively with leadership and stakeholders. IQL/SQL and strong analytical skills.
• Strong ability to work as a self-starter.
• Proactively and independently researches, experiments, and solves problems with rapid iteration cycles to deliver results fast.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Application Security domain knowledge (preferred).
