Relationship Support Officer (6-Month FTC) Arabic Speaking

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Arabic Speaking Relationship Support Officer to join our Private Banking team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with banking experience who enjoys building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will support UK and international Relationship Managers and their clients, assisting with account administration, transaction processing, account opening, customer requests, and day-to-day relationship support. You will work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure a high-quality customer experience and the efficient handling of banking activities.

What we're looking for:

✅ Minimum 3 years' experience within a banking or financial services environment

✅ Knowledge of banking operations, processes, and procedures

✅ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

✅ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

✅ Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

✅ Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

Desirable:

⭐ Experience supporting Middle Eastern customers

⭐ Arabic language skills (spoken and written) highly desirable

⭐ Islamic Finance qualification or knowledge of Islamic Banking principles
