Job Overview

This requisition is intended as a replacement for a terminated employee due to continued underperformance and inability to meet the expectations of the role.

Responsibilities

Customer onboarding and lifecycle support, coordination between customers and internal teams, support for audit and renewal cycles, retention and satisfaction of certification and service quality.

The new hire will be responsible for Customer Success Program (CSP) activities, customer onboarding and lifecycle support, coordination between customers and internal teams, planning and execution of audit cycles, support for renewals, and ensuring customer retention, certification satisfaction, and service quality standards.

Qualifications

The position requires a professional with stronger experience in customer management, audit planning, and operational execution to adequately support current business demands.
