Creative Interactive Designer:

Value Prop This role accelerates our ability to design, build, and scale interactive and dynamic advertising experiences across instore and offsite channels. By owning reusable animated templates, dynamic ad systems, and lightweight custom code executions, the Interactive Designer enables faster experimentation, supports more pilots and bespoke creative tactics, and reduces reliance on external vendors, driving greater creative flexibility, differentiation, and speed.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build dynamic ad experiences for instore media and offsite programmatic placements
• Develop and maintain reusable animated and dynamic templates (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript) to support scalable creative rollouts
• Support ad hoc animations and custom creative executions for pilots, seasonal initiatives, and bespoke campaigns
• Collaborate with product, operations and engineering partners to ensure creative concepts are technically feasible, performant, and platform compliant
• Translate static creative concepts into motion, interaction, and dynamic variants across multiple formats and screen types
• Iterate quickly on creative prototypes to support testing and experimentation
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and refine interactive assets to ensure quality, consistency, and delivery readiness
• Contribute to creative system documentation and best practices to support long term scalability

Desired skill-set:

• Frontend development experience, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Design expertise across static and animated formats, including:
• Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Figma or equivalent design tools
• Strong sense of motion, timing, hierarchy, and interaction design Hybrid creative technical mindset, with the ability to:
• Move fluidly between design and implementation
• Balance creative expression with platform constraints and performance requirements
• Communicate effectively with engineers
