Audit & Finance Associate – ERP Consulting

Company Description Workfigure Private Limited is a Zoho Authorized Partner and Certified Advisor specializing in ERP consulting and implementation. The company provides both in-person and remote training on Zoho products, helping organizations adopt CRM, Books, Creator, and automation solutions across industries. Workfigure focuses on delivering automation, finance control, and scalable business solutions through end-to-end Zoho ERP implementations.

Its team of Zoho experts designs customized applications and integrations that support finance, sales, and operations, enabling clients to streamline processes and drive business transformation.

What You'll Do

• Implement and configure Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Expense, Zoho Billing, and other Zoho Finance applications
• Understand client business processes and recommend best practices
• Conduct requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and user training
• Support clients during and after implementation
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to deliver successful ERP projects

Who We're Looking For

• Experience in an Audit Firm (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, Financial Statements, and Business Processes
• CA Inter / CMA / B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Passion for learning new technologies and consulting

No prior Zoho implementation experience is required. We will provide training to the right candidates with a strong accounting foundation and willingness to learn.
