Job Description: Lead – Governance & Reporting (PMC Background)

Role Objective

To drive end-to-end governance, structured reporting, and digital transformation across multiple

project portfolio, enabling leadership visibility, timely decision-making, and execution discipline

across land, statutory, procurement, and construction workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Governance & Review Management

• Design and institutionalize weekly and monthly review frameworks across all projects
• Organize and anchor:
• Weekly project reviews (execution tracking)
• Monthly governance reviews (leadership level)
• Ensure structured agenda, data readiness, and actionable MoMs with clear ownerships
• Track closure of action items and escalate critical delays

2. Cross-functional Coordination

• Act as a central governance SPOC across:
• Land acquisition
• Statutory approvals
• Equipment procurement & delivery
• Construction progress
• Consultant onboarding & deliverables
• Drive inter-departmental alignment and remove execution bottlenecks
• Maintain integrated master trackers for all projects

3. MIS, Reporting & Leadership Communication

• Prepare and publish:
• Weekly MIS for Governance & CEO Office
• Monthly dashboards for Chairman’s Office
• Deliver concise, decision-oriented reporting:
• Risks, delays, and mitigation plans
• Critical dependencies and approvals required
• Standardize reporting formats across all projects

4. Digital Transformation & Data Strategy

• Lead digitisation initiatives for projects team
• Define and implement Digital Roadmap:
• Project tracking tools (dashboards, PMIS, BI tools)
• Automated reporting systems
• Data integration across departments
• Improve transparency, real-time monitoring, and analytics capability

Key Deliverables

• Weekly project review dashboards (all projects)
• Weekly CEO MIS (structured, concise, risk-focused)
• Monthly Chairman dashboard (high-level, strategic view)
• Integrated project tracker (land, statutory, EPC, procurement, consultants)
• Digital roadmap and implementation plan

Preferred Profile

• Background in PMC / EPC / Industrial project management
• Experience in large-scale industrial / manufacturing projects
• Strong exposure to:
• Multi-project governance
• Leadership reporting
• Cross-functional coordination

Experience

10–15 years in project management / PMC / program governance roles

Experience handling multi-project portfolios is essential
