Job Title - Deputy Sales Manager – Cross Sells TPP ( Inside sales ) Budget 3.5 to 6 LPA

Grade & Salary: J2/J3 – 3.5 to 6 LPA

Experience: Third Party Product (TPP) Sales, Voice process, Inside Sales, NBFC sales

JD:

• Act as the company’s voice to customers by making outbound telephonic calls from assigned databases to explain and offer insurance solutions (motor, health, life) in a professional and compliant manner.
• Conduct need-based discussions over calls by understanding the customer’s profile, existing coverage, usage, and concerns, and recommending suitable insurance products aligned to their requirements.
• Address customer queries accurately related to insurance benefits, coverage, documentation, pricing, and policy terms, ensuring clear communication and correct expectation setting.
• Ensure compliance and data accuracy by following approved call scripts, capturing customer details correctly, completing mandatory disclosures, obtaining consent, and adhering to regulatory and company processes.
• Achieve assigned sales and productivity targets through disciplined calling, effective need analysis, and ethical conversion of suitable insurance opportunities (motor, health, life).
• Note: It is all open market sourcing, Individual role, and Existing customer lead based/database calling profile.
