Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Co-Ordinator to support our client warehouse in Kells. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone comfortable with physical work, loading and unloading stock, and assisting with the setup of a new warehouse facility.

Job Responsibilities

Assisting with the unloading of vehicles and the checking in of stock

• Sorting and placing materials onto racking and shelving
• Collecting items from throughout the warehouse, preparing and completing warehouse orders for deliver or pick up according to a schedule
• Performing warehouse inventory controls
• Stock counting and location checks
• Delivering / Collecting items to and from customers
• Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times
• Working closely with the warehouse team

Qualifications/Core Competencies

• Fork Lift Truck License required
• Previous warehouse, driving, or manual handling experience preferred
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible
• Good level of English for communication and safety instructions
