We are looking for a Customer Service & Travel Operations Executive to join a growing Dublin-based travel company specialising in tailor-made pilgrimage and group travel experiences to some of the world's most significant religious destinations.

This is a varied front-of-house, customer service and administration role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent attention to detail and can confidently manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.

About the Role

You will play an important role in supporting customers and the wider team, helping ensure bookings, applications and customer files are handled accurately and efficiently from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing friendly and professional front-of-house and reception support
  • Handling customer enquiries by phone and directing queries to the appropriate team member
  • Managing booking processes, applications and related administration
  • Accurately entering and maintaining customer information across internal systems
  • Ensuring customer files and documentation are complete and compliant with company procedures
  • Providing administration support for both new and existing customers
  • Responding to day-to-day customer and administrative queries
  • Identifying and communicating potential sales opportunities to the relevant manager
  • Supporting general office administration and day-to-day operations
  • Keeping managers informed of important customer or operational matters
  • Representing the business professionally with customers, suppliers and external partners
  • Supporting conferences, meetings, business lunches and other company events when required
  • Travelling occasionally as part of the role

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, organised and naturally detail-oriented.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, travel or a similar client-facing environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • The ability to remain calm and effective in a busy environment
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • A positive, professional and approachable manner
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn as systems, services and processes evolve
  • A proactive approach to identifying customer needs and opportunities
