Early Years Educator (Level 5 Qualified)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Early Years Educator. Roscam Childcare Centre is a well-established, purpose-built facility and is one of the largest Crèches in Galway, employing 25 staff across 7 childcare rooms. We operate to consistently high standards and welcome applications from suitably qualified candidates. The minimum qualification required is a Level 5 in Childcare.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will support our early years team by:

• Ensuring a safe, caring, and engaging environment for all children
• Assisting with day-to-day tasks and general duties that help the rooms to run smoothly

Requirements

• QQI Level 5 qualification in Childcare / Early Learning & Care
• A genuine interest in working with young children
• Flexible, reliable, and a strong team player
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of childcare regulations and best practice
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential for this role
